Easter

Easter was so much fun. The kids put on their cute new clothes and after church we had a fun egg hunt in the backyard.

Thanks to all the practice they had last week, Brigg and Brooks were really into it. Soccer started for Rilyn this week.

She is a natural! She is so great out there. We loved watching her. Uncle Cody and Grandpa would be proud!

Easter Egg Hunts (2, 3, and 4)

This week we had 3 different Easter Egg Hunts. The first one was at South Slope Community Center and I had a very proud mom moment.

After the egg hunt ended a family walked in only to find they had missed it. Rilyn, without being asked, walked over to the 2 little girls and started unloading her eggs into their baskets. She is such an amazing and sweet little girl. I'm a very lucky mommy! The second Easter Egg hunt was at the park with our Iowa Medical Partner's friends.

It was super windy so we didn't stay long but they boys still had fun hunting. We ran into the Easter Bunny at Costco.

Can you tell that they boys really liked him this year? The third egg hunt was at a family in our wards house. They have a lot of land so several families went out and hid hundreds of eggs.

The kids loved it. When we were all done egg hunting we headed over to our new plot at the community garden.

We are really hoping that we can grow some yummy veggies this year!

Its almost Easter

This week we spent some more time outside.

Casen loved getting to drive his Jeep again. Rilyn lost another tooth.

The twins had their first suckers.

And we went to a real fun Easter egg hunt.

We can FINALLY go outside!

This week the weather finally got nice enough that we could go outside to play!

The boys loved getting to run around in the sunshine. We also bought a new tent so that we could go camping this summer.

It came today so we decided that we needed to test it out. The kids loved it! Rilyn had crazy hair day at school.

We gave her a rainbow Mohawk. It was awesome! Rilyn's friend Ruby spent the night on Friday. Those girls are so silly and I love watching them together.
